1 Definitions and Scope

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification

995b is firmly committed to protecting minors from gaming. This platform is open only to users aged 21 and above.

• Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• To receive the bonus, the first deposit after registration must be at least ৳300.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a turnover of 25 times (25x) the total bonus amount must be completed.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳25,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.
• The bonus can only be received once; any attempt to reuse the bonus through multiple accounts will result in account closure.

5.2 Other Bonuses and Promotions

Separate terms and conditions will apply to regular promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournaments, and these will be clearly stated with each offer.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — turnover must be completed first.
• 995b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion.

5.3 VIP Program

The 995b VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Staying regularly active gives members the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. 995b reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 995b:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless 995b decides to void the bet due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, bets may be placed before the event starts or within the live betting window.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will generally be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Irregular Bets and Manipulation

Bets related to match fixing, score manipulation, or any other irregular activity will be voided. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be permanently closed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect payout being made, 995b reserves the right to review and correct those bets. Any excess funds paid out due to an error will be recovered.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995b platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Placing coordinated bets through multiple accounts or individuals with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Arbitrage betting, such as attempting to secure guaranteed profit by betting on different outcomes at the same time.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any other harmful digital activity.
• Harassing or using abusive behavior toward other members.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or attempting money laundering.

If any of the above activities are detected, 995b reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, and all associated balances will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 995b

995b may temporarily or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or concerns about fraud.
• A court order or direction from a law enforcement authority.
